The Realistick

The Realistick was designed to provide coaches and trainers with a tool to defend NBA players with realistic length, while providing a safe and reliable surface for simulating physical contact. The need for practice against length prompted us to pursue the design of a tool that was lightweight enough for anyone to use while moving on the court, sturdy enough to withstand body contact, and long enough to provide a presence above the rim. The primary result in training and competing in our Rondo-style games against the Realistick, is that players learn to anticipate plays farther in advance, create more space with off-ball movement, and make faster decisions in order to maintain advantages. Our sticks have been battle-tested through thousands of hours of on-court training providing a lightweight, agile, and dependable tool for optimizing desirable difficulty with players of any age.
